چکیده
Summary As plant breeding is a very complex and sophisticated process, it of paramount importance to understand the nature magnitude interdependence between specific features. Using PCA correlation analysis, this study examined variability in features two types inbred sunflower lines determined its connection with their seed yields. The experiment was conducted as randomized complete block design four replications Rimski Šančevi (the experimental field Institute Field Vegetable Crops Novi Sad) 2018 2019. It total nine created at Sad. results obtained suggest high degree traits considered, whereas significance indicated by F test confirmed Duncan performed. A also found different considered. positive all observed levels significance. statistically significant increase head diameter followed an weight 1000 seeds, which generated higher yield per unit area. According arrangement considered on biplot, can be concluded that linoleic G7 L G8 had highest average values 1000-seed weight, throughout course both years. useful data analysis facilitate successful selection programs aimed developing genotypes possess stability

The influence of morphological differences between sunflower inbred lines on their SCA effects for yield components.
Genetic distances between seven oil sunflower inbred lines expressed in the variability of five morphological traits were analysed in terms of their effect on the specific combining ability (SCA) effects in these lines for yield component traits. The multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and other related multidimensional methods were used to recognize the differences between genotypes wit...
متن کاملAssessment of Genetic Diversity among Wild Populations of Achillea bieberstenii Afan. Using Agro-morphological and Germination Traits
There is substantial diversity in Achillea biebersteinii plants in Iran. It has considerable different biological activities including antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant, insecticidal, herbicidal and wound healing. Research improvement for medicinal plants depends on the available genetic diversity. The assessment of genetic variability could increase the information for breeding programs. ...
متن کاملGenetic analysis and QTL mapping of agro-morphological traits in sunflower (Helianthus annuus L.) under two contrasting water treatment conditions
The present study was undertaken to investigate the genetic basis and map quantitative trait loci (QTLs), controlling agronomic traits in sunflower under well-watered and water-stressed conditions. Recombinant inbred lines (RILs) coming from the cross between sunflower parental lines PAC2 and RHA266 were evaluated in a rectangular 89 lattice design with two replications in each treatment condi...

متن کاملGenetic diversity among tall fescue ecotypes using agro-morphological traits, nutritional values and AFLP molecular markers
This study was carried out to compare agro-morphological traits and nutritive value of 25 tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea) ecotypes grown in Tehran, Iran. The experiments were carried out in a split plot design during 2016-2018 growing seasons. The results showed that there was a significant genetic variation in existing germplasm. The highest heritability was related to dry forage yi...
